FSC Manager Version 10.0 Is Being Released!
FSC is proud to announce that FSC Manager Version 10.0 is now being released to all agencies.

Version 10.0 is the most robust release of FSC Manager to date with dozens of new enhancements that offers unprecedented workflow and functionality to its users. The new version of FSC Manager is feature rich and includes a myriad of enhancements that provide agencies greater productivity, access to new real-time services, and tighter carrier connectivity.The workflow efficiencies we have built into version 10.0, coupled with the tools already built into the system that help agencies manage their business, make FSC Manager a scalable and national competitor in next generation agency management systems.
 
Key advances in FSC Manager Version 10.0 include:

Outlook Integration
Email in FSC Manager will integrate directly with Outlook.
• When selecting the Email option in FSC Manager, the Outlook New Message screen will open. The user's default email signature in Outlook will automatically populate in the email body
• Emails can be dragged and dropped from the Outlook Inbox onto the Client screen to record a Tranlog (Attachments will be detected and the system will ask the user if these should be added to Images)

New lines of Commercial Download added
Business Owners Package, General Liability, Property and Umbrella downloads have all been added to FSC Manager. For a list of carriers that are downloading these new lines of business, please review the release notes after downloading Version 10.0.

Tasks
The Tasks screen has changed to a format similar to the Reports screen. Tasks are listed in expandable categories at the bottom of the screen. Users may customize the top of the screen with the tasks that they run by dragging and dropping the tasks from the bottom to the top. Double click on a task to launch the task.

Reports
• Reports contain hyperlinks that allow users to navigate directly to information on the report from the report preview screen

• Many reports contain an Open Clients button at the report filter screen. After determining the report criteria, the user may click on this button to load all clients and navigate from one record to the next

The enhancements found in Version 10.0 are only the beginning of many new features planned for the system. Development work for the next iteration of FSC Manager is already underway and we will be working closely with customers and members of the national users group to identify new ways where we can improve efficiency and provide a better user experience.
