After a great deal of anticipation, FSC INStream was released mid-July to thousands of awaiting agencies throughout California. The free commercial auto quoting and submission tool allows users to input client information one time and send the information to multiple carrier websites to complete the quote.

“Based on the projected level of interest from producers when we first announced FSC INStream was coming, we knew we had to release the product in phases to avoid overloading our systems,” said Jude DeSilva, Customer Support manager at FSC. “A positive user experience is always what we strive for and sending out download instructions to a few thousand agencies at a time ensured that everyone was able to download a copy of FSC INStream quickly and without interruption.”

During the month of July, several thousand agencies were invited to download and install FSC INStream. Agencies responded, and participating carriers are optimistic that they will write more business as a result. Representatives from Century National, Commerce West, National Interstate, RMIS, and Unitrin all gave positive remarks about the amount of new quote activity generated from FSC INStream.

Over the next few weeks, more carriers will make their debut on the new platform including Mercury Casualty Company which is scheduled for release in the next few weeks. In the meantime, we invite any customers who have not yet downloaded the system to request a FREE copy of FSC INStream by visiting our website or by emailing FSC Customer Support.
